Darling Downs Bolar Blade Steak 300g
2 slices of sourdough
1-2 tbsp dressing
butter
arugula
whole grain mustard
2 tbsp vinegar
salt
1 tsp minced garlic
Whisk well until whole grain mustard, vinegar, salt, and minced garlic are evenly mixed.
Grill the wagyu to medium rare.
Bake the sourdough in a buttered pan over medium-low heat until deep golden on both sides.
Brush butter and dressing over each sourdough piece in turn.
On top of that, put arugula and various vegetables according to your preference, then add wagyu beef.
If you cover it with sourdough, the wagyu sandwich is complete!
