Egg noodles 70g
Half an onion
Carrot
Minced garlic
Enoki mushrooms
Romaine lettuce
3-4 stalks of green onions
Red chili pepper
Green onion oil (scallion oil)
Beef bulgogi marinade
Oyster sauce
Sesame seeds
Slice the onion, carrot, and green onions into thin, 5cm-long pieces. Also, thinly slice the red chili pepper. Soak the romaine lettuce in cold water after cutting it into bite-sized pieces. Boil the egg noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Heat the green onion oil in a hot pan, and stir-fry thinly sliced wagyu, enoki mushrooms, sliced onion, carrot, and green onions over high heat. Then, add minced garlic, red chili pepper, beef bulgogi marinade, and oyster sauce in that order, and stir-fry.
Add the boiled egg noodles and stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed. Then, mix in the green onions, julienned romaine lettuce, and green onion oil.
Plate it and sprinkle sesame seeds on top to complete!
