2 tbsp vinegar
After seasoning the meat with salt and pepper, mix 1 cup frying powder and 1/2 cup water.
Make a sauce by mixing sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Pour cooking oil into a pot, boil it to 180 degrees, and fry the meat until golden brown. Place the fried meat on a kitchen towel for a while.
Place the fried meat on top of the rice, lightly sprinkle the prepared rice bowl sauce, and then top with chives. Wagyu fried rice bowl is complete!
