200g of Darling Downs Oyster Blade
1 baguette
Handful of Sprouts
Salt 1ts
Black pepper 1/2ts
Olive oil 3TS
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Mayonnaise
Sriracha (Hot Sauce)
Season the Oyster Blade with salt and pepper.
Add 4Ts of mayonnaise and 2Ts of Sriracha (can be replaced with hot sauce) in a 2:1 ratio and mix.
Toast baguette in butter until golden brown.
When the pan with olive oil is heated, bake the seasoned oyster blade and after one side is changed to golden brown, add 1 piece of butter and fry until finished.
Add more olive oil to the pan after grilling the meat, add the sliced onion and stir-fry. Add 1/2Ts of salt, 1Ts of sugar, and 3Ts of water in the middle to caramelize over low heat.
When the onion caramelization is finished, place the mozzarella cheese on top of the onion over low heat and finish when the cheese melts.
Spread the sauce on the prepared bread, and put onion and cheese on top. Slice the baked oyster blade thinly and place it on top of the cheese to complete.
