600g Darling Downs Eye Round
1/2 onion
1/2 tbsp ginger juice
cooking oil
chives
sesame seed
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp garlic
pepper
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Cut the red pea meat into bite-sized pieces along the grain.
Also finely slice half an onion and half a chive.
Add 1 and a half tablespoons of brewed soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, half a tablespoon of garlic, 3 teaspoons of pepper, and half a tablespoon of sesame oil to make a sauce.
Add the sliced onion, chives, and red bean sprouts to the marinade you made and mix well.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, add seasoned red bean sprouts and stir-fry.
Stir-fry quickly, add half a tablespoon of ginger juice, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top to complete!
