2 Darling Downs Wagyu Burger Patties
Burger buns
Romaine lettuce
Avocado
Tomato
Red onion
1 strip of bacon
Cheddar cheese slices
Salt
Pepper
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Sriracha sauce
Mustard
Ranch sauce
Slice the avocado vertically into even, thick slices. Slice the tomato into thick rounds. Slice the red onion and soak it in cold water to remove some of the spiciness.
Season the burger patties with salt and pepper according to your preference.
Heat a pan and grill one burger patty at a time. For a nice sear and crispy texture, press it lightly during cooking. When the burger patty is almost done, place cheddar cheese slices on top to let them melt. Grill the bacon in the same pan until it becomes crispy.
Butter the burger buns and lightly grill them in a pan.
Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and Sriracha sauce in a 2:2:1:1 ratio. Add some ranch sauce to enhance the flavor.
Spread the sauce on the grilled burger buns. On the bottom bun, layer Romaine lettuce, a tomato slice, a strip of bacon, one burger patty, a slice of red onion, and stack about 5 slices of avocado. Finally, place the top bun, which you've spread sauce on, to complete your delicious Avocado Wagyu Burger!
