Season Bolar Blade Steak with salt, pepper, rosemary, and olive oil.
Wash the clean carrots and slice them into suitable sizes.
Next, sauté the sliced carrots in a buttered pan, adding a small amount of water and cook until they become tender.
Heat a separate pan over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook the Bolar Blade Steak to your preference. (We recommend cooking it to medium-rare)
Then, sauté the prepared green beans and whole garlic cloves in the remaining oil.
Season the cooked carrots with salt and pepper to taste, then put them in a blender and puree.
Place the carrot purée in a dish and top it with the cooked Bolar Blade Steak. On one side of the plate, add the sautéed vegetables like green beans and whole garlic. Enjoy!
