500g Outside Flat
8 pieces of shiitake mushrooms
2 sprigs of thyme
Onion
4 cloves of minced garlic
2 cups of beef stock
1/2 cup of chicken stock
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of heavy cream
5 cups of egg noodles
2 tablespoons of parsley
2 tablespoons of scallions
Salt
Pepper
Season the Outside Flat with salt and pepper.
Heat a large pot over medium heat, drizzle with olive oil, and cook 500g of Outside Flat until it's thoroughly done.
Add sliced shiitake mushrooms to the pot and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add minced garlic and minced onions, and sauté until fragrant. Then, add thyme and cook for 3 minutes.
Once the mushrooms are tender, add beef stock and chicken stock, then simmer over low heat.
Add heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add 80% cooked egg noodle pasta to the simmering stock and cook for 2 minutes.
When the egg noodle pasta is ready, mix in the Outside Flat, sour cream, parsley, and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
