400g Chuck Eye Roll
4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
Garlic
300g Gnocchi (Korean-style raw beef)
100g Butter
Basil
20g Parmesan Cheese
Lemon Juice (from half a lemon)
Arugula
Salt
Pepper
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan. Add mushrooms and whole garlic cloves. Sauté for about 4 minutes or until fully cooked.
Remove the mushrooms and whole garlic cloves from the pan and set them aside. Clean the pan.
Add the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil to the pan and place the Gnocchi. Sauté for 7-8 minutes. Then, transfer it to a separate dish.
In the pan, add the butter and heat over medium heat. Add basil and cook the butter until it turns brown. In the same pan, off the heat, add the Gnocchi, sautéed mushrooms and garlic, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
In a separate pan, lightly grease with oil. Season the Chuck Eye Roll steak with salt and pepper. Cook until the surface is crispy.
Place the Gnocchi in a serving dish and top it with the cooked Chuck Eye Roll steak. Garnish with arugula. Enjoy!
