400g Oyster Blade
Cooking Oil
2 Eggs
2 cups Breadcrumbs
1 cup Flour
Salt
Pepper
Wasabi
Cabbage
Pat the Oyster Blade with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Season the Oyster Blade with salt and pepper to remove moisture.
In a wide dish, lightly beat 2 eggs until the egg whites are no longer visible. In another wide dish, spread out the flour.
First, coat the seasoned Oyster Blade in the flour. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, making sure it's fully coated. Finally, cover it with breadcrumbs, ensuring an even coating.
Heat enough cooking oil in a pan to submerge the Oyster Blade over medium heat. Once the oil reaches the right temperature, carefully add the breaded Oyster Blade. Fry on medium heat for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown and crispy.
Slice the Fried Oyster Blade into bite-sized pieces.
