1 Darling Downs Wagyu Burger Patty
Burger buns
Tomato
Pickled beets
Jalapeño
1 slice of cheddar cheese
Peppadew peppers
1 strip of bacon
Egg
Salt
Pepper
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Sriracha sauce
Ranch dressing
Season the burger patty with salt and pepper according to your preference. Slice the tomato into thick rounds.
In a pan, cook the bacon until it becomes crispy. Then, make a sunny-side-up fried egg.
Heat a separate pan and grill two burger patties. For a nice sear and crispy texture, press them lightly during cooking. When the burger patties are almost done, place a slice of cheese on top to let it melt.
In a separate pan, melt some butter and lightly grill the burger buns.
Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and Sriracha in a 2:2:1:1 ratio, then add a bit of ranch dressing to create the sauce.
On the grilled burger buns, spread the sauce, and then layer a slice of tomato, pickled beets, jalapeño, burger patty, Peppadew peppers, bacon strip, and the sunny-side-up egg in that order. Finally, place the other half of the burger bun with sauce on the inner side to complete your delicious Australian-style Wagyu burger!
